The other one looks three times smaller than the original. And it's not as elegant as the one in Vientiane.

Anybody know the purpose of building a "new That Luang" in whatever province in southern Laos? Is there any historical connection with That Luang Viengchan?

did you know in luangprabang . they also had That luang too  !!!!!!!!!!!!
