I think they are too lazy to go back home to change thier clothes and maybe if they go back their parents will not let them go out especially girls.. so we must understand the situation that Lao teens love beer :) and they are supporting the Lao government to increase GDP by consuming more beer (Consumption is the core component of GDP) and I guess most of the students are from NUOL evening sessions FEBM :)

what a pity lao students earning no income only asking for money from their parents to go to such a place and  spend time and money unreasonably and useless.

I beleive that the authority has the regulations in place but the implementation or enforcement is ineffective both on the part of enforcement agencies and owners of a shop.

the Ministry of Education should take some measures or issue an order to various educational institutions to mornitor their students regularly and enforce disciplinary measures for those who are found at beer shops wearing school uniforms during or outside school hours.
