I've been putting off the transmission service on my 2016 S3 because I didn't think it would make much of a difference. Boy was I wrong. The shifts had gotten gradually clunkier over the past year but I just assumed it was normal wear. Finally took it to a recommended shop for an Audi Oil Change Service Dubai and they did the full DSG service with the correct fluid and filter. When I drove out, it felt like a completely different car. Smooth, quick shifts, no more hesitation from a stop. I feel like an idiot for waiting so long. The mechanic showed me the old fluid and it was dark brown instead of the clear yellow it should be. So yeah, lesson learned. Don't skip your transmission service just because the car still drives. Anyone else been surprised by how much difference a fluid change made on their Audi?
