Clunking from front end over bumps – lower control arms?

Lately my 2015 BMW 320i has been making a dull thud noise when going over speed bumps or rough patches, and the steering feels a bit loose on the highway. I had a quick look and the front bushings look cracked, but I'm not 100% sure if it's the lower control arms or something else like sway bar links. I'm trying to find a shop that does Dubai Lower Control Arm Replacement and can actually diagnose which part is worn instead of just swapping everything. Does a bad control arm usually cause uneven tire wear too? Also curious if they recommend replacing both sides at the same time or just the faulty one. Would love to hear from anyone who's had this done on an F30. Trying to avoid alignment issues later.
