I have been experiencing a vexing problem with my acer laptop blinking screen beginning to malfunction when I am either switching between browser tabs or performing a task with higher resolution. I have already inspected the display cables to make sure they are not loose but the intermittent flashing is still present. Has it been found that this can be fixed by updating the integrated graphics drivers or is it more probably that there is a conflict with the hardware refresh rate?
