Quick question — for those living in London, have you found professional ear wax removal to be more effective than home remedies?

I’ve used warm oil, steam, and even tried a bulb syringe at home. Sometimes it helps, but more often than not the blockage comes back within weeks.

I’m now considering going somewhere local in London, maybe even around Ealing, for a proper clean-out — possibly microsuction. Just unsure if it’s worth the cost or if the results last.

Would be really interested in hearing how others have handled this. Thanks!
