· Own, drive and co-ordinate the Strategic Planning process (yearly, 3 year horizon) and the Tactical (Master) Planning process (Quarterly)
· Operational Planning process (12 week rolling horizon), Short term (12 weeks) capacity planning of local plant(s)
· Determine production volume allocations and contingency plans
· Drive and co-ordinate Weekly S&OP. and inputs to Monthly S&OP
· Conduct make/buy assessment and decisions
· Responsible for Demand Planning (can also be in sales org)
· Performance management (daily review operational KPIs)
· Resource planning production/warehouse and
Detailed Scheduling of production
· Call-off – Raw & Packaging Materials, plus 3rd party brands .
