   Under Kaisone's plan to lead Laos to socialism, a result   is  tragic mistake and end up in debacle.  Laos was facing a dead  end for almost

17 years. I hope Lao of new generation learn from this costliest mistake

making sure that kind of decision-making model won't happen again.
