I've heard there will be no new vientiane downtown.  Is this true.  Is China still building the new downtown on baung That Laung swamp?

I have heard and read from news paper that all the farmers around That Luang swamp  had sold their rice farms, but no detail who they sold their lands to?

They changed old project that they are building That Luang swamp to be China town but, now they build to be new down town of our Capital city. No detail when they are starting to build?

Well, from what I know, the Chinese town will be built near the National stadium of Laos (KM16), but not at Thatluang Swamp anymore.
