(KPL) Fifty-four villages across Vientiane Capital have been declared drug-free, said Office Head of the Vientiane Committee for Drug Control and Supervision, Mr. Samansay Souvannakheuangkeo. So far, the ceremonial declaration has been held ceremonies for 37 out of the 54 drug-free villages, according to the official.
