Mr minister doesn't really know.. what is the impact??
oy ! many years ago I saw a thai committy coming to examine the lao government project to encounter the land sliding in front of Lanexang Hotel saying that the project will affect the other side of the mekong river... oh ! god ! the flowing of the mekong will affect the left side of the mekong bank ... not the right side as we can see that a beach has been immerged , created naturally at the right side of the mekong where there is a curb at the sisattanak district ...see how cynic they are...like someone has posted a picture showing some thai people in a demonstration against namtheun II construction project, incited by the NGO that time but at last they are the very people who enjoy, who use power from Namtheun II dam... so... Go ! Laos ! Go ! No one loves laos like lao people. don't expect any good intention from thai goverment as we can see their action with Cambodia.
