Wao, its look delicious Sis.. But, Believe or not i haven't eaten Laab Hoo Moo before. and pretty sure it' delicious, ever sine i was borned i only ate (Laab shin Moo or Laab blood Moo) Maybe next time i'll try. Thanks for sharing Sis..

 Nothing much... Just boil Hoo Moo in the boiling water then put lemongrass and lime leafs to reducinng the smell of pork then slice it into thin layers and roast it in a pot till some oil melt out and meat turn yellow and pour away that pig's oil and then put Laab ingredients into it and mix it well. That's it
