This a Chinese taro puff pastry in Lao we call it patasho and it stuffed wit ground pork, mouse ear mushroom/ black mushroom, and green onion. I love to eat this at dim sum in China town USA.

Sakhan for arlam is much smaller in size, it come in a form of stick with dark skin people sometimes mistaken for dry beef in orlam. When bite into it you'll get the effect similar to numbness feeling at the mouth area, sorry I can find pix to show.
