I think they the government should've done that a Hundred years ago. we still way behind other country when it come to the Taxes Systems. that's why DOT do not have any money to build a highway or paved the Road. play hike and seek and waiting for the handout. and talking about taxing System, you need to ask lao-Amercans how much they pay taxes per-year...
