If she wants to protect her feet from dust she should wear a very thin sheer/ nude color, white, or black angle socks. Other then that just wear a very thin pantyhose, it looks better under ( sinh ) even in hot weather is not like you have to wear it until you go to bed.

There was this kind of fashion a few years back where I saw lots of Japanese and Korean girls wore short shorts and very long socks with high heels. Not pretty sights but hey that's fashion. Who says it's practical anyway.

Yes a few yrs back only thank God and speaking of Japanese and Korean ( south ) to me, the Japanese taste in fashion is a bad and unfashionable like Chinese on the other hand South Korean have better sense of style in terms of fashion out of all Asian. If I have to choose I would go with Italy & French

To be honest this is ok for comfortable and casual wear at least the girls are not wearing it with Lao silk sarong, it would look better & more stylish if they wore their uniforms with simple clean line flats in navy blue, black, or white.
