What is " cheque book " I only heard of check book in America

That was my bad and I've already corrected it. 

As in this part of the world (Australia and the Commonwealth countries - former Brittish colonies) we call it "cheque book".  The word cheque derived from the French word chèque, is negotiable instrument instructing a financial institution to pay a specific amount of a specific currency from a specified demand account held in the maker/depositor's name with that institution.

 Laos is one political party state. No other parties are allowed to be in Power and the president and prime minister must be selected by the party members only. No election and no one man , one vote. All the decisions are coming  from the leaders and one party parliament only and the people no need to have  no right to vote and not allow to give any the opinions and suggestions. The government word is final word .

Lao officials say the major educational achievement of the past 30 years has been the increase in literacy rate, which has jumped to 70% from 30% in 1975, with big increases in the numbers of schools and students at all levels.

At the same time, the officials acknowledge that insufficient budgets and lack of human resources are the major problems and obstacles affecting the educational development of Laos, creating the biggest educational opportunity gap for Lao youth in urban and rural areas.

Lao government must invest more money in the Lao people on education. The government spent only 3% of the budget on education . The China gave 200 scholarships per year to study in China which are useless after graduated from China . the Lao student could not find jobs and not capable to work for Chinese companies or foreign companies in Laos and over sea because they are not qualified for jobs. What 's waste of time to spend years in studying but worst nothing.

thai never fottogen of the root their language, but pasalao forgot the root of pasalao, Lao is originally from Pali and sansakit..which thai and lao are the same root..  the guy who used kru, he was royal lao, he or she learned pasalao during the lao king dom  before 1975.. thats right Mr kru?? i know you are correct  lao new generation they dont accept Kru,,,, they accept only Nai Khou, Euy khou, Ai khou whatever.

Thai language have been improving , developed and changing a lot for better understanding and meaning  but Lao language still slow improving and developing in language. Every time we improved and copy the other for the better understanding and always criticising that would lead to no improving from the stone age.

No big deal if any thing could be improved for the better and manfully of the language , we should improve otherwise just go back in the good old day and rising horse instead of flying the airplane .

By adding ໂຕ  (ຣ )or ( R ) to Lao words so that the pronunciation can sound like Thai language is consider an improvement to make Lao language become easier to speak and write?  You must be out of your mind! I don't want to start learning how to roll my tongue ok? I rather that you go and try to improve in different area ok ! and leave the old and authentic Lao language alone!!

thai never fottogen of the root their language, but pasalao forgot the root of pasalao, Lao is originally from Pali and sansakit..which thai and lao are the same root..  the guy who used kru, he was royal lao, he or she learned pasalao during the lao king dom  before 1975.. thats right Mr kru?? i know you are correct  lao new generation they dont accept Kru,,,, they accept only Nai Khou, Euy khou, Ai khou whatever.

Thai language have been improving , developed and changing a lot for better understanding and meaning  but Lao language still slow improving and developing in language. Every time we improved and copy the other for the better understanding and always criticising that would lead to no improving from the stone age.

Don't sound like Mr. Kru is from Royal Lao at all and I'm was not Lao communist either and I was born 1955 so back then I only heard Lao students called the teacher ນາຍຄູ only ok.

No big deal if any thing could be improved for the better and manfully of the language , we should improve otherwise just go back in the good old day and rising horse instead of flying the airplane .

By adding ໂຕ  (ຣ )or ( R ) to Lao words so that the pronunciation can sound like Thai language is consider an improvement to make Lao language become easier to speak and write?  You must be out of your mind! I don't want to start learning how to roll my tongue ok? I rather that you go and try to improve in different area ok ! and leave the old and authentic Lao language alone!!

I don't mean that I am an expert in language , I just want to make the suggestion that it is up to the expert to do what ever will be better and meaningful for the language instead of not to be improved at all there are a lot of Lao words that might be spelled the same but the meaning are different and they depend on the sentences to understand and could not be understood by just read only one word like English word. So Thai language is the same , a lot of word pronounce the same but spelling is different but by looking at the spelling and we could tell what it means. But for Lao word all spelling might be the same and might mean in many different ways so  sometime just one word  could lead to be misunderstood.

         Bad in school must teach the kid from the beginning to read and pronounce right.

        Don't be lazy . There are a lot of words need to make sure all the school teacher correct them .sometime the word pronounce the same in Lao word and also spell the same but could not tell the different meaning just only one word and have to read or hear the whole sentence unlike the English words or Thai word they might be pronounce the same but by looking at the spelling and it means different even just one word .
