(KPL) The Lao Brewery Company (LBC) hopes to introduce its 2010 calendar through Lao embassies overseas with an aim to promote Lao culture, customs and lifestyle, following the launch of the year 2010?s 70,000 calendars yesterday.
An opening ceremony of the 2010?s new calendar was held officially at the Lao Brewery Company in Vientiane. More than 50 journalists and representatives attended the launch. Also present was Sounthone Phommachack, Deputy-President of Lao Brewery Company.
Mr Sounthone Phommachack said that the Lao Brewery Company was the first to introduce such a calendar promoting Lao culture to society. Since its establishment, the company has made significant effort to introducing the Lao culture, customs, lifestyle; and rich nature to the world over. The calendar will give opportunities for both domestic and foreign people to learn more about Laos. The main concept of the calendar is to show Lao culture, customs and lifestyle. By this, models of the Lao Brewery Company calendars will be dressed up in Lao traditional dresses and costumes.
He said that this year the ?Beerlao? Company had selected six Lao models to pose and serve as ambassador to promote Laos in the 2010 calendar to the world. The Lao Brewery Company disclosed that it would increase the number of copies of calendars from 50,000 for 2009 to 70,000 for 2010. They will be distributed to customers, ambassadors, foreigners and overseas Laotians.
The Lao Brewery Company has injected at least 10 million kip for each selected calendar model.

yes is true to much advertising every where are beer Lao every one crazy about beer Lao event school kids, every one can buy liquor not only 18 years of age, 90% of population are drinking the ministry of health he get paid to shut up that's why he say nothing.
