why ?????? Lao communist goverment the group of one party rule never go to jail who are conviction of corruption.

World’s most corrupt and least corrupt nations

Corruption watchdog Transparency International has released a list of the world’s most and least corrupt nations.The report comes ahead of a conference in Bali this week where more than 100 countries are expected to gather for a United Nations anti-corruption conference.

Four countries from the region made it to the list of most corrupt countries in the world: Somalia and Myanmar tied in the top spot, followed by Iraq and Sudan.

The least corrupt countries in the world are Denmark, Finland and New Zealand, scoring 9.4 on the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI). The UAE ranked 36 in the list.

The lower the CPI of a country, the higher corruption is, with 0 being the most corrupt and 10 being very clean.

Lao people are not going to see any thing even the foreign aid money that suppose to help poor people and build the country but the countries who gave Laos money saw the money disappear. This report are not made by the Lao people but from the countries who gave Laos money.

Easy and a lot to prove where are all the million dollars in their foreign banking account come from for sure not from their salaries and any kind of business of personal income in Laos .

Soon the countries who give Laos money, will not give Laos any more money if the money will never ever reach to the people specially poor people and poor kids. Some Lao kids from the powerful and rich families bought the very expensive exotic cars which the people 's kids who gave Laos money could ever afford to buy one.

Those millions could be spending to build school and train Lao people to become the skill workers instead spending on the exotic cars and big houses and travelling to Europe , America , Japan and abroad.

There are good laws but ever seen any one of the high rank who corrupted and taking bribes have been arrested and prosecuted yet , only covering up . hide and lie through the teeth when the people who gave Laos money know and told their reporters to make the list of the most and the list corrupted government in the world . So those people who made the report are not lying and the world agree with them.

Laos has very good laws but never has been enforced and practiced. If the government officials respected and obey the laws Laos would be in the list of the most corrupted government and the least developed and poorest country in Asia. There will be more school and more developed and more jobs . So Lao people would have to crossed the border to work in Thailand and some end up to be victim of sex slave and human being tracking in Thailand.

Why don't all Laotions in Laos start a Revolution to change the country and the government, Do what chinese students did back in the 1990s, its the only way to stop the corruption, Laos government does not have enough military power to stop everyone in the country, I'm sure if this is started then every Laotions around the world will unite and support this battle. We need to save our country from these evil communists and build a future for our children and grand children and theirs.

Why ? no need any more blood shed Laos is suffering enough for many years from war. All Laos need just educated Lao people so they could see the outside world. Russia and other former soviet union did not have to go too the violent to change. The system and foreign policy could be changed in peaceful and civilize way without violent that is up to Lao people and the government who are living in Laos to do so.
