They will hand over the facility to the University when the game is complete. who cares about the flags is facility for the Seagame and they are consists southeast asian countries so they would have different flags flying so what if Vietnam flag is there if they are responsible for the majority of the fund need to complete then let them be.

I don't know maybe because Thai never ever migrated to Laos nor never even intend to do so like Chinese and Vietnamese that's why. Vietnamese is the worst they try to take control over Laos don't you see? If it wasn't because of Thailand, today Laos would complete gone from the map it would be IndoChina or Vietnam.

The reason is because Thais rape,steal,shot family members right nexts to them while on the boat on the Thai shore escaping the war for safety. Now they will pay the price and that is taking North East Thailand into our vassal state.

What Thai had done to Lao (if those rumors are all true) can't compare to what Lao had done to Hmong. Don't believe me go youtube "hunted like animals hmong".

Those were not Lao, those were Lao Communists whom are the slave of Vietcong. The real Lao were no longer in Laos stating 1975 so please don't mistaken Lao abroad and Lao PDR are the same people as we do not share to same view in many ideas and we are more open minded and liberal people in nature.

You are definitely a hillybilly. Lao PDR is a part of the world community and it has embraced globalization. FYI the athlete's village is a gift from Vietnam. Hence, the Vietnamese flag is hoisted along side the Lao flag.
