The richest people in the world is chinese, they travel everywhere in the world. It is good they come and leave their money in our country. Just consider them like tourists from american, and then you will be happy don't think too much, it is headache, and not good for our brain. Think it easy
if they want to spend their money in Laos, this can be good.... but this depend what they get in return.
As long as they respect lao culture, nature, territory, rules (legal and cultural), that's ok, they are welcome.
But if they come to corrupt or exploit people, or encourage prostitution, or destroy environment... they should go back home, kicked off buy lao people.

I agree with this person above me and Laotian people should worried because look at all the country those Chinese come in to? There is always problems concerning chinese into there country because they tend to not care or respect those land they are on. And yes I'm sure Laotian around the globe are watching Laos and concern about our people.
