For us is might be okay to pay for that but for other poor family they may not able to pey for that. Anyway, people who living out of town they wont be effect to this increament of the things as they have their own rice field, they have vegetable fields, they no need public water system or paying for electricity and they also have chickens, ducks, fish, cow & buffalo to make some cooking.
