I heard the government plan to develop Vang Vieng to be one of the best ciites in the world, by injecting some money to develop and manage the infrastructure and social order. Let's wait and see if it is going to be true

I've been saying all along... The government needs to clean up Vung Vieng due to this problem. All the pot heads from euro are heading to Vung Vieng for few reasons.. 1. cheap drugs 2. cheap beer 3. hot sun/floating down the river.

Very soon.. Vung Vieng will be known as "cheap drugs of southeast asia" or perhaps it is already.

We are waiting for nearly half century. Vang Vieng is still far to develop. Why don't we put on in Viantiane first as some part of Vientiane no have even electricity & public water to be use. Streets & Roads are in terrible conditions.
