In many countries the government will do their best to protect and making sure that their locals are well educated so they don't have to kiss anyone's ass and can stand on their own 2 feet and as far as supporting my relatives and send them to school I have no problem of doing that and honestly I don't thing it would help end to big problems that millions of Laotians in Laos are struggling right now do to the lack of concern and responsibility of Lao Government that compromised their own people for personal gain and that's a shame. ashamed

Wrong because the Lao government don't have the ball to stand up and protect the right of the Lao people to make the Chinese and Vietnamese and foreign companies to hire and train Laotian for jobs. They feel that they has been betray by their own government. Also taking their land , farm and then give to the Vietnamese and thee Chinese .

Well if Lao's government provide their own peoples more jobs they would love to work at homeland instead of accross the Mekong and work in Thailand and beside the money and wage are much better. Same here in U.S more Mexican cross the border legal and illegal to work . (money's better).

don't blame the Chinese and Vietnamese for taking Lao's peoples' job. Blame the Laos Government. In Laos is not what you know is who you know other than that is Laos doesn't have much job to offer for their own, and the paid is real low unless you have somekind of undertable than you can make an o.k living. That's why more lao people work in Thailand for better pay.

What ever it is that there are million of Laotian are willing to work but they could not be employed by the foreign companies in Laos.

No experience and no skill so no one would hire poor Laotian and who cares ? Just regular Laotian in Laos. When Lao nork criticised the Chinese and Vietnamese and foreign companies and talked about the issue, some Lao Nai came up and defends the Chinese and the Vietnamese companies and return with the insult and the name calling that is none of the foreigners business. Yes , it none of foreigner 's business but when Laos beg for for foreign aid money that is every body's business and Laos is still the poorest and the least developed country and the most corrupted nation that is ashamed to all Laotian.

once you entry to king dom of thailand, no one knows who is Lao esan and who is Lao PDR, Lao PDR people always pretended to be Lao esan and speak Thai with esan accent . How many young Lao know some friends who already worked in thailand for long time and they introduced the job opportunities for Lao youth who are already annoying to growing the stricy rice in LAOS.. so Thailand is the best destination to work and earn money for family.

i understood why they go there to work? I wana blame why is Laos poor and no job opportunities for her people?? and Lao labour is low paid..

What could they do ? They have to eat and they have no choice. In Laos they don't go to school any way if they don't have any food and money and not enough school for them . Only the kids from the rich and powerful families will be able to get good education over sea.

Yes you're right, it's the Lao Nork's responsibilities to provide education and employments to Lao Nai. Damn those Lao Nork, they're just neglecting their responsibilites.

I think that is the government jobs. Lao nork try to help but they had problems and had to get permission first from the government.

Sorry we didn't run the country and we didn't neglect anyone ok , it was your government (Noew Lao huck sad) that invaded our mother land and took our land from us and after that then lied to all those poor people and those students about how the communist regime will make Laos a country where all people are equal, there will not be the rich or the poor. Everyone will live in a better living conditions, so Let me tell you this, before the communist took over my motherland, there was no Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese to be to boss of Laotians and no Lao citizen have to go to Thailand for prostitution like now a day.
