No it's not Thai costume. The head thing is in Luang Prabang style. Have you ever seen Nang Sangkhane wearing it on Lao new year... bytheway, she is beautiful in Lao dress, I like her natural looks...
I heard she will be attending 5th annual celebration of the Laotian Heritage Foundation in Wash. DC on Sept. 5th. All those single guys think they have a chance, do not miss this day. hahhahah
Lao girls wear Lao costumes they always look very pretty to me, especially this time was proof by outside as well.
I am so proud of my own heritage, we are laos go go go to the World.
