To commemorate the World Environment Day, the Water Resources and Environment Agency (WREA) and the World Bank, with the support of the Lao-Singapore Business College, co-organized an essay and debate competition on Global Warming and the Global Financial Crisis. Students were asked to take a position in an essay on the question
“Which needs our immediate attention, Global Warming or the Global Financial Crisis?”
Global financial crisis. Without money how can we get out the poorest country. How are we going to fight Global warming without good financial supports.
