Is that a nice way of saying they are just a dancing girls? Perhaps they are there to put on a show for a cultural festival.

Of course they're Lao .They participated in the opening and the closing of Champasak's Games
recently .
They dressed as "pa Kha"(a Mekong's dolphin)
