her musical voice is like candy to my hears. i want to melt and be carried away to a forever land. the more i listen to her music the closer i feel that i am to that sweet melodic voice.

From what you've seen and heard, of course that's Laotian single But what throw me off is the Sam's the producer. I heard that they are Thai and they used Thai Eisan singles and dancers produce Lao music.
what you can tell from those music video produce by Sam's is the places they filmed and the outfit the dancers wear, they used more sexier than what Lao government allow you to do.
