where is this guy live, i think he probably live in Xishuang Panna...

This reflects that Our Language is main Origin of Tai-Kadai Language...
so our language is earlier than the Thai... so, Thais should call us older brother then....

It is "Sipsongpan Na". I refuse, and everyone should too, to pronounce it like the Chinese way.

No, the Chinese call it Sichuang Banna, not Sipsong Panna.

What does "Sichuang" and "Banna" mean?
I am not sure what "Sischuang" mean but I think "Banna" mean Ban Na (Ricefield Village).

I really think the area is call "Sipsonpan" = 12,000  and "Na" = rice field.
So the real name of the area is "12,000 Ricefield". Just as "Lan Xang" = 1 Million Elephant and a dynasty once call "Lan Na" = 1 Million Ricefield.

This lady said 12,000 ricefield.

Xishuang Banna doesnt have any meaning in Chinese...

Chinese people said because the local call it sipsong panna (12 thousand rice field), so they just pronounce like that....

I tell you something, Thailand used to be named Siam.... and then they try to cover the Tai people in this region, so they changed their country name to Thailand....and claim themself as a land of Thai... read more history....
