Why many Lao students don't like to go back home after finishing their terms of scholarship abroad? what are the reason make them don't want to come back Laos. Will our country lost human resources?
Because the government doesn't seem care much about the students after graduation I was wondering if anyone could tell me that does the Ministry of education know how many student are studying in aboard? and know how many student will be finishing their university for each year??
i am sure that the majority of Lao students in aboard come back to their homeland and want to work for the government,but as far as i know, there are no any positions available in the government...thats why the students are piss off and don't want to be back and work in Laos.

They all found their soulmates and do not wants to go back to Laos. The potential of making alot more $$$ aboard than Laos. Yes!! It is big lost for Laos and a total lost of investment for Lao Government.
Well... It depends on the person and their familly economy...some abroad-graduated students preferred to maintain in abroad due to higher salary receive... plus if they go back to Laos... the job are not quaranted for them especially working with the govt... nowaday... they have the tests in highly competitive ministries....and many smart scholars have passed those exam...
I wonder if anyone knows how people feel when they work in unfriendly environtment or where they don't want to work. It is nothing much like in jail, no doubt. People are forced to work for the person who was born to be "boss or small king". This has happened since long time ago in our society.
Whether he is bad or stupid, people have to serve him. And later all good deeds are his work. On top of that, some bosses don't like to praise those people who work hard, but those who give the bosses compliment or gifts. That's why some good government officials become ill, getting blood presure and so on.
So, wherever the good brain people want to live and work, let them do. I do support the move. As long as they feel comfortable, it would be fine, their lives will be longer.
Later these smart people will definitely send money to Laos. Laos would get more $$$ and this would help our Lao economy to improve. There is a Lao law promoting Lao people to work abroad, if I still remember.

Sending home money so the family can have money to buy food and luxury is not the same having educated and intelligent people working in the country for advancement of the country. Laos need those people so the country can modernize it infrastructure, economy, agriculture, and social service.

Have you tried to work in Laos? Well said but you yourself would never do.
