According to the plan on video, it looked very, very impressive, maybe it's as much as impressive as 2nd Lao-Thai Friendship bridge linking Mukdahan and Savannakhet.   Thanks for the video.

The 3rd Lao-Thai friendship bridge is going to be built in Khammoune Province (central Laos)
and the 4th lao-Thai friendship bridge is going to be built in Luang Namtha, Northern Laos
