I posted about a Lao General that control all the logging business 3 times.
Admin of Samakomlao deleted all of them.

 IN 1940's forest cover 70% of Laos. Today 30% and decline fast.

and the government recently took various decisions to protect and renew lao forests....

This don't mean they will be efficient... but at least seems there is a real will to improve things.

Do anyone know more about thoses recent decisions? can we discuss about it?
