In Hanoi we can not recognise who is a student because no uniform for student here. student here also go to drink too but different. For me drinking beer itself is not bad, but when to drink, how much to drink, what for? how often?.
     To solve this problem is too hard for Laos, why? because you know drinking beer has become some kind of Lao culture. that's why Beer Lao is very developed. Adult can be their example. people can follow what they see easier than what they hear. so Adult must be good example first than you can educate children.
