Rubbish during a boat racing festival in Vientiane Oct. 2007 Lao people and careless behavior of throwing rubbish on the street, an issue that has been discussed for a long time but the situation is still the same or even worse. The organizing committee of this event should provide garbage bins to all stalls, and install garbage bins along the street so that people can see and put their garbages into the right place. __________________ Make yourself visible, signup at samakomlao webboard. HERE
