Main street in Luang prabang is now occupied by motocycle !

I don't care about the motorcycles, but I see a lot plastic bags everywhere.

motorcycles are OK, because they don't need too much place and too much gas.

Imagine the same picture with as many cars as you can see motorbikes now (as some streets of Vientiane now)! This would turn the city intoo Hell :(

But there are too many rubbishes particularly plastic bags everywhere. Where Luang Prabang City Council people, I guess they are sleeping right?!!! KARAYZY I mean CRAZY kkkkkkkkkkkk biggrin

by looking this picture . the stree it shouldn't belong is so call world heritage city .the trash are every where . doesn't have Enviromental sanitation it should keep it clean ,the Goverment agency have to education people about this . if this keep going on later the touris might not come to visite Luang prabang any more .this is just my Suggestion .

But who put so many trash on the street? lao people or foreign tourists?

In Singapore, if you leave a paper or something in the street, you have to pay a fine.
Why not in such place?

It would contribute to educate lao people, and force foreigners to respect the place they visit.
Moreover, it would make more money for lao governement to improve infrastructures!
