"Refer to Lao law and Lao nice Tradition and Culture. So the Guest house's landlord issued some rules are following:
1. This Guest house will open to serve sine 6:00 A.M. to 23 P.M.
2. The Guest house are going to stay in this guest house, have to inform some document such as: passport and ID card or the important documents in the guest house's landlord completely.
3. The Guest's will stay here, if you have some valuable thing as such: Money, gold and other valuable things. You have to keep them on your own or you will have them with the landlord for safety your thing. In case your thing are lost by landlord. The landlord is responsible to you.
4. The Guests stay here. Don't be very noisy, don't be prostitute, don't play gambling, don't take Narcotic, drug and same things are prohibited by Lao Government.
5. The guest have stayed here. The things are not yours. Don't take them out absolutely.
6. When you go out side, you have to turn off the electric system and the water system, and lock your bedroom door, and you go to bed at 23:30 P.M. for safety for you.
7. When you will check out, you have got to pay for your room before. You ought to check out before 11:00 A.M. for our comfort of the service.
