Jeep Wrangler transmission feels off – any specialists around?

I've got a 2015 JKU that's started doing this thing lately that's got me a bit worried. When I'm driving around town, especially after the car's been running for a while, the shifts feel really sluggish and sometimes it seems like it's hesitating before dropping into gear. I checked the fluid level and it looks okay, but the color is a bit darker than I remember it being last time I changed it. I know Jeeps can be temperamental with transmissions, and I really don't want to take it to just any random garage that claims they can work on it but end up making things worse. I came across http://www.exoticautoservices.ae/jeep/jeep-transmission-repair-abu-dhabi/ during my search and it looks like they specifically focus on Jeeps, which is exactly what I'm after because I've learned the hard way that not every mechanic understands the quirks of these transmissions. Has anyone here used them for transmission work before? I'm just trying to figure out if they're as specialized as they claim or if it's just marketing, and whether they actually take the time to diagnose properly instead of just suggesting a full rebuild for every issue. Really hoping it's just a flush and filter situation, but I want to be prepared for whatever they find.
