I love the idea of intentionally starting Fridays with positivity; it really sets the tone for the day. I like to begin with a short gratitude practice, writing down three things I’m thankful for from the past week. For me, incorporating friday morning blessings during this time, whether through affirmations, prayers, or mindful reflection, helps bring focus and joy to the start of the day.
I also spend 5 to 10 minutes in quiet meditation and sometimes add a small ritual, like lighting a candle or enjoying a cup of tea mindfully.
This helps me feel calmer, centered, and more joyful as the day unfolds.
