For me, the toughest part of any construction job is dealing with things you can’t fully plan. Prices of materials keep going up and down, labor isn’t always available on time, and clients still expect everything to finish as per the first timeline.

Even with construction cost estimating, no matter how much effort you put in, there are always surprises like site issues, design changes, or delays that add extra cost. Having the right estimate from the start really helps, but it’s not always easy to get it right.
