Hi all,

I am a foreigner who want to travel to Laos and to summit the highest mountain (Phou Bia). Wikipedia says it is not accessible because of the government. Is that true? Can anyone recommend me a good forum about travelling in Laos? hmm

And by the way, what is the meaning of "Phou Bia"? Wikipedia says it means "Mountain of Beer" but I don't think so. evileye
