 I bet you are Hmong-American? Lately after this news about Ms.Clinton visit to Laos has gotten many Hmong people writing a whole  bunch of shiit about Lao people and Laos. I remember reading on some news yesterday that one Hmong members said the 'Laotian don't deserve recognition, only for the Hmong people only'. I suggest Laos to bring all the Hmong back to Vietnam or China so we Lao people don't have to deal with the Hmong bad mouthing about us for the last 40 years!!! Also the Lao president should just send them all back to China and let China deal with them the old fashion ways.

 This stickynut really need a professionally and mentally medical help. He is really mentally sick person. Perhaps he is as bad as Sadam Hussen + Hitler together and Osama Bin Laden combine . Luckily he has no power and he is poor and stupid.

There will be billion dollars per year from the United States to help Laos to rebuild the country so Laos could stand on her own feet which are better than the Chinese to help Laos then take too much advantage from Lao people  by immigrant large number of Chinese into Laos. If the United States gives Aid to Laos and pressure her allies to invest in Laos that would be good direction to build the good relationship and forgive each other and working together for the future.

 It is possible for the United States to give aid to Laos , the United States give 1.5 billions dollars to Palestinian , 3 billions dollars to Egypt and 3 billions to Israel per years and to the other countries around the world . The United States should give the money to Laos and Vietnam because of what they had done to these innocent people in the past and protect them from China.

 Hopefully there are more high ranking government officers are well highly educated like Dr Khampheuy Panmalaythong. Most of the Lao government officers are claimed to have Phd or doctor degree but they seem not to be intelligent enough to know the business and allowed the Thai , Chinese and Vietnamese business people  take too much advantage of the Lao people , country and national interest . Perhaps they know but they don't care because they are corrupted and take money for bribery as Dr Khampheuy said about dishonest government officers . see no evil and hear no evil and get rich. If you are against those dishonest then you will not last very long and you will be demoted from your office.

Dr. Khampheuy Panmalaythong talked the truth about the corrupted government office who used the rank , power and their office to take the bribery money and steal the country money . Then Dr. Khampheuy Panmalaythong himself got in the big trouble with his own party and got demoted .

 Japanese people and kids have been brought up with honor and proud which the Japanese government spend a lot of money in education since the 18th century by sending the Japanese student to Europe to copy the technology and brought back and improve to be better then the European countries and the japanese people respecting the law unlike Lao government spend very little money on education and limited of freedom of education and reseach and the most important is to teach propaganda to be loyalty to the system which is failed as we knew that the collapsed of the Soviet empire and the Berline wall was torn down .That is the reason why China allowed the capitalism and private business in China since 1977 which made China rich today .

Hopefully, one day Lao law will be changed and corruption will be death penalty like China .
