Lao people have to do something to prevent from Vietnam to destroy lao forest, it is to bad Lao govt. has ignored it is high rank officials are corrupted and we have to investigated those evil official to put them in them in jail. Thank you for BBC reporter and otherhand Lao people don't know to much about damage envoriment. now it is time for lao people stand up complain to internation for help if we are depend on lao govt. and won't do anything about that because they are scare vietnam.

Maybe we need to hire a bounty hunter to get rid of these Vietnamese official? They claim Chinese are bad element. But look at them Vietnamese. They are doing the same thing and the Lao people have nothing in returned for 40 years now. That's a very long time without nothing for the Lao people.

I think that lao govt. didn't say anything about the situation to their vietnam army and chinese condre and I think lao govt. are affraid of them and also they had controvercied to prevent lao people to know it. it is so sadness lao country has rich forest and it will be gone soon. I am wandering that lao people don't have no right to cut the tree to build their house so the lao govt. has to save for vietnam and chinese to cut all the trees in lao forest for their pocket. I saw that in lao all year long, it is very hot temperture because vietnamese army and chinese have had damaged lao environment. I think lao should stand up and complain to international for help or else will be destroy all lao forest.

Laos could not do any thing without Vietnamese government permission . Vietnam could do what ever they please in Laos that is the settlement and the deal that Lao government made with Vietnamese government to help Lao to fight the Lao royal army and keep Lao people under control and easy to conquest by Vietnam. If Laos could not be Laos and to be indirectly conquered by the Vietnamese and soon it will be the Chinese . Lao is better of join the United States and become the 52nd states of the America just Hawaii , Alaska, California and other states .

Don't worry about it it could still be 50 or 51 and 52 states . The fact is Lao have never been ruled by Lao . It have to be ruled by Burmese, Chinese , Vietnamese, Siamese and the French in order to have peace in Laos. Lao could not rule Lao and maintain the peace. Since 1975 the Vietnamese has indirectly been conquered Laos and sent millions of Vietnamese soldier to keep peace in Laos . So the Vietnamese have the right to chop down all Lao wood for the settlement. Lao sold Laos and the nation for himself to be in the power for hundred of years since Jao Anouvongsa time.

Vietnamese won't care about Lao Rain forest will be vanishing that is not the Vietnamese Army problem. The Vietnamese army collection their settlement that Lao government owe them by taking the wood , copper , gold ...etc that some old Laotian politician sold to them.
