 First of all,  Laos is not a MidleEast.

Second of all,  Our lao people are not as extremly hardliners  as MidleEast.

Last but notleast, the main leader of resistant soldiers(VP) had gone 6 feet under already (Sorry don't mean to disrespect the death family of VP) and nobody will take his place so his ideology die with him, Sorry, But it true, and our lao-nais people couldn't careless about politic as long as they have something to do. so as for our lao noks, maybe some still proteste the PDR's government, but unlikely will  impact on the way the PDR's run the country. Also another important issue, Laos PDR's government has been recognized and accepted by International Communities bodies like (UN) since early 90...

China is currently influencing Lao autorities to build the same stupid, ridiculous, and humanly not acceptable "great firewall" in Laos as they did in their country, but with 2 differences:
- Lao autorities let the chinese managing and doing everything (because lao don't have any skills about this)... This mean, they don't control what chinese do.. they are just offering the control of lao internet to another "friendly" country! That's just crazy in term of national security! (very bad news: 1 because such contol of internet is according to me unacceptable, 2 because it's just crazy to do that under control of another country)
- In Laos, they work with very little budget, and again limited skills: what they are doing don't work and will probably don't work before a long long time! (good news inside the bad news). I hope it will never work!
