how about west of loa become part of Thailand and west becomee part of Vietnam? this way, it doesnt make loa seem like slaves to other country he he he

Good idea.

But I think you should split it into 3 parts; one for Thailand, one for Vietnam and one for China.

And there will be no war in this region.
