Almost everyone knew Who Che Quevara was and only one in the world. after finished Medical School, worked as a Doctor in Quatemala. and Mid 50, Joint Fidel Castro in Mexico and overthrow the Government of General Fulgencio Batista in Cuba, after taking over the Cuba, Che and Fidel forms New government known as Cuba-Socialista. same as Pathedlao, after take over the whole country in 75, RedPrince Souphanouvong and Comrades Kayson(Kaicong known in Vietnam) changed the name Kingdom of Laos to laopeople Democratic Socialist Repulic. So both the Redprince and Comrade Kaicon lookup to Che and Castro because they have the same Ideologies.. So as for you bro, PDR government probably don't want you use the name'' Che'' beacuse only one Che in the world. for example, you just can't name your self Vladimir Lenin or Joseph Stalin, because these people were PDR Idols.... know now bro, Maybe somebody can ad some more in story..
