It's individual decision i guess, and i don't think there's any scientific approval either why some people married such a young ages or to some start to have kid soo late..
Yes, in the former law there were no limit of age to unify two person to form a couple, a family to avoid confrontation with the multy ethnics customs who allowed very young children to form a family : Ikoh allow their boy of 14 to flirting with 12-13 old girls and have to marry the girl who got pregnant with him. and other ethnics not more than 16. But now, the family law newly issued prohibited teens under 18 to be married ...I don't know wether the new law would be fully enforced.
