After watching the VDO clip you think Speak-out don't know what they really talking about ? of course i do, but i just answer the question to the man/women who asked the question about gambling in laos.
The saddest thing , as far as I known about gambling is when i saw people riding on their bike from work in the evening, stopping and gathering in front of loteries stall, most of them are head of family... looking for better numbers relating to the dream they had last nights for some... and for others probably according to the age of an old monk deceased recently... by sparing money from the sum their have to pay for dinner of the evening ... I imagine the children deprived of their daily candies and the spouse not happy seeing the half empty plastic bag of food for dinner...it happened twice a week ... how many times in a month, in a year ? I hate all kind of gambling and dislike this kind of hazardous business...

Maybe because of the soil some part of Boliven Plateau could be good for coffee and other areas maybe good for rubber plantations....Before doing in grand scale I believe they must study about soil first.

Gambling should be for entertainments only not for way to make a living....if you are investing in commerce u should be able to enjoy urself if you should choose this form of entertaining method. I myself am game at anythings and I am doing good.
