hahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAAH!!!!!!!POOR LAO!! NOT MUCH TO DO?
C'm on Bro, you don't need to be laughing at us. We knew that our country is still poors in many area but a little help here and there to our friend and neighbors, even a little contribution, but, we were pround of our self and nation. Ohbytheway, Are you Khonlao????
Absolutely agree. Help in any form or kind doesn't necessarily mean financial. Everyone needs a little help sometimes. Even the less fortunate can offer help to the rich ones too.
The North Korean people know how to produce weapons and rockets and missiles but not good in produciing the food to feed themselves. South Korean people are more prosperous and produce more food for themselves. Laos is still poor and can't produce enough food to eat. They rent out the lands to foreigners to grow ruber trees and sugarcanes not to produce more rice and vegetables. Wrong thinking.

Shut up YOU! what is wrong with that? First you have to know how to spell the world 'help', what it means in your dickhead? I am studying in overseas now, when I go back to Laos I will help everyone who needs/if I can.
