ນັກສຶກສາທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບໃບປະກາສະນີຍະບັດໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ມີທັງຫມົດ 89 ຄົນ, ຍິງ 16 ຄົນ, ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ສຳເລັດວິຊາຮຽນຄື: ວິ ຊາການຄຸ້ມຄອງທຸລະກິດ, ວິ ຊາເສດຖະກິດແລະການຄຸ້ມຄອງຊຸມຊົນເຊິ່ງການຮຽນແມ່ນພາສາອັງກິດແລະພາສາຫວຽດນາມ, ໃນນັ້ນມີ 10 ຄົນສາມາດປ້ອງກັນບົດນິພົນໄດ້ໃນລະດັບດີເດັ່ນເຊິ່ງໄດ້ຮັບການຍ້ອງຍໍຈາກອະທິການບໍດີມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລເສດຖະກິດແຫ່ງຊາດຫວຽດນາມ.

ນັບແຕ່ປີ 2004 ເປັນຕົ້ນມາສອງມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ ແລະ ຫວຽດ ນາມໄດ້ຮ່ວມກັນກໍ່ສ້າງພະນັກງານລະດັບປະລິນຍາໂທໃນຂະແຫນງເສດຖະກິດ - ການຄຸ້ມຄອງເກືອບ 200 ຄົນແລະໃນອະນາຄົດຕໍ່ຫນ້າມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລເສດຖະກິດແຫ່ງຊາດຫວຽດນາມຈະສືບຕໍ່ເປີດຫ້ອງປະລິນຍາໂທລຸ້ນທີ III ໃນຂະແຫນງວິຊາທີ່ເປີດກວ້າງກວ່າລຸ້ນທີ I ແລະລຸ້ນທີ II, ສ່ວນຫ້ອງປະລິນຍາເອກລຸ້ນທີ I ໄດ້ເປີດການສຶກສາຄົ້ນຄວ້າມາປີກວ່າແລ້ວ ຄາດວ່າຈະສືບຕໍ່ຮັບເອົານັກສຶກສາຊຸດຕໍ່ໄປເຊັ່ນດຽວກັນ.

ໃນໂອກາດດັ່ງກ່າວທ່ານອະທິການບໍດີຂອງທັງສອງມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ - ຫວຽດນາມກໍ່ໄດ້ຜັດປ່ຽນກັນ ຂຶ້ນມີຄຳເຫັນ ເພື່ອເປັນເຂັມຊີ້ ທິດເຍືອງທາງແກ່ນັກສຶກສາໃນການນຳເອົາຄວາມຮູ້ -ຄວາມສາມາດທີ່ຕົນໄດ້ສຶກສາຄົ້ນຄວ້າຜ່ານມາເພື່ອນຳໄປຜັນຂະຫຍາຍອອກຮັບໃຊ້ສັງຄົມກໍ່ຄືປະເທດຊາດຢ່າງມີປະສິດທິຜົນ, ໃນໂອກາດດັ່ງກ່າວ ກໍ່ໄດ້ມອບໃບປະກາສະນີຍະບັດໃຫ້ແກ່ນັກສຶກສາຕື່ມອີກ.
