Nobody cares about the laws anyway, so meeting or no meeting will makes no difference whatsoever. Besides, the Party (communist) is the body that has the final say on anything. Anyone wants to go against it...good luck der.

ooy ! Many years of hard work of phuthaen pasasonh or NA members, many many debates had happened in the NA relating to the national laws, butgets ect...but I don't see any change : the influent politicians continue to cut trees for export ... it decrease at the thailand side but it increase at the vietnamese and cambodian side ... does the lao government got some thing from the timber exportation ?? please wake up ! and do something. The high way from donnoun to the national stadium that cost a huge amount of money should be three to five years of guarranty, didn't even last six months, it is full of pot holes... go to see it yourselves if you don't believe me. who is responsible ?? no one !! The NA claimed that lao people are free to make report or claim by telephone call but the NA never took those reports and claims in consideration...Really, I really don't understand why we do everything in the contrary of logical manner as others do ??? The reporters of journals, newspapers got white envelops from the concerned party for interviews, the thicker the envelops are , the broader and wider are news in the newspapers and journal pages ...but in the other developped countries the reporter have to pay for the informations the concerned party provided and for the time lost...While the lao kip currency becomes stronger vs the US dollar ( in term of exchange) logically speaking, the fuel and other importing goods price should decrease ...but we have to to pay further more instead of paying less ! Oh! my God ! Oh my friends ! I'm going to be mad ! Beside the Audit department, the NA members are supposed to be the representatives of the public and has the right to criticize the bad performances of the government duty but its seems it is the contrary with us ! Poor NA !

Each Lao person must plant at least 10 trees a year so it could replace trees which chopped down.....LAO must have more Plant trees Day.
