The Ivorian Football Federation have confirmed that captain Didier Drogba has broken his arm but are still not ruling him out of the FIFA World Cup™.

Drogba was forced out of the Côte d'Ivoire's warm-up game against Japan in Sion today in the 17th minute, leaving the field clutching his right arm. There were fears the Chelsea striker would miss the FIFA World Cup but the federation are confident Drogba will be able to play some part in the finals.

Yes, there's fans here at Samakomlao. i'm included,  i can't wait for the games Start, Right now i'm cheer for Argentina.  Brasil include but their Rosters for this year for world Cups, not very Impress me that much. Brasil left off a lot of good players out..     ARGENTINA and SPAIN iN THE FINAL.. FINAL ANSWER..

I like the Argies.  They have the most talented roster but Maradonna is not a good tactician.  One thing is sure, no european team will win.

As watching French got beat by Chinesse yesterday it might be another bad year for them. I'd like to see Argentina play Spain in the final. But who know some other sleeping teams are still out there.

I HATE THE TEAM (FRANCH), WHO COULDN'T SCORE USING FOOT/FEET AS IT SUPPOSED TO, THEY KICK WITH HAND.  AT MY PLACE WE CALL "HAND BALL"

g a.. my prediction of this group may not correct since the france and south africa lost at 2nd round. but they both still have a chance..

How are you doing Ed ? it' me, Speak-out. Just want to ask you where's a lao-australian kid soccer player name Kaz Patapta ?? How come he get pick for the national teams Australia? i pretty much waiting for his name to be call, But not. what's happening ??

Kaz is playing for a domestic compitition for a club called "Newcastles Jets"he is struggles to be on starting list, I have to say that he didn't perform up to expectation,he was a captain of youth team and

went to the world cup with Australian squad last time,he even contacted with Portuguese club (Benfica) then, and all the soccer experts in Australia talked possitively about him but I don't know why?

If world cup is any where out of Europe. There's none of the European teams can win. It will be the South America teams that will win which mean the BRASIL and ARGENTINA... will win the championship.

Thanks Ed for Information, Yeahh, last time i read about the guy. he's with the a Youth league (Benfica i guess). So thank you anyway.. talk to you later Man....

i predicted each group in the first round, the right prediction is Group B,C,E,   thats all..
